Mr. Ma has dedicated 26 years to the marketing industry, establishing a full-spectrum brand asset development capability based on unique architectural logic principles. He has developed a comprehensive accompaniment service system that encompasses top-level design, R&D labeling, product co-creation, marketing coordination, market promotion, and sales supervision. Moreover, he has pioneered the integration of AIGC technology into his marketing logic, facilitating the transition from traditional emotive marketing to intelligent marketing.
In China, Mr. Ma led his team to create super single products for several sub-brands of the Royal Group (such as Little Yogurt, A Buffalo, A Bite of Fairy Qi, etc.) in the highly competitive dairy industry of the fast-moving consumer goods market, elevating the Royal Group to the status of "King of Buffalo Milk in China," with an industry ranking ascending from 53rd to the top 10.
In Australia, he guided his team in assisting brands like AUTA Group, KEYLEND, BALABALA, ORCHID, and Digray to rapidly break through and establish their brand presence in their respective markets, becoming leaders in the industry.
Mr. Ma obtained a Master of Architecture from the University of South Australia. Previously served as the deputy general manager of China Guanlan Creative Group, the deputy general manager of Australia's DTON and JWDT Investment Group, and the Planning Director of the First Division of the East China Architectural Research Institute in Shanghai.
