Olive Zhang has over 20 years of experience in the market research and consultation industry, covering multiple markets in Greater China, Asia Pacific and North America. She has an in-depth understanding of multiple industries including automotive, commercial real estate, education and finance, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals, industry trends and consumer insights.
Olive Zhang is the former Deputy GM of Market Intelligence in Nissan, VP of Auto in Nielsen and Asia Pacific, MD of Morpace Market Research and Consulting. She also worked as a data analyst in the Bank of Nova Scotia (Canada) and IT consultancy company in her early career stage. She specializes in consumer insight study, including demographics, social trends, brand tracking, product innovation, product positioning, concept/naming/advertising testing, satisfaction, user experience, product quality and quality perception research, business district location, durable goods/ Automotive product configuration optimization, price testing. Olive Zhang is proficient in a variety of qualitative analysis techniques and modeling, and often provides relevant training to company employees or customers.
Over the years, Olive has shared his marketing experience and taught at the company's internal corporate academies and universities, including Nielsen University, Nissan Academy, Yale China Behavioral Economics Program, Tsinghua School of Management, Shanghai International Studies University MBA, Zhejiang University MBA, Donghua University and other schools as a guest lecturer and career planning mentor.
