Professor Michel Gutsatz is Associate Dean, EMBA/MBA Director of KEDGE Business School and Adjunct professor of marketing at China Europe International Business School. Michel is one of the world's leading experts on Brand Management. Michel also created and developed the MBA in International Luxury Brand Management at ESSEC business school, through partnerships with L’Oréal, LVMH, The Estée Lauder Companies, Cartier, Montblanc, Escada, Ermenegildo Zegna, Firmenich, etc.
Professor Gutsatz is Advisor of the Scriptorium Company, a Brand Strategy Agency whose clients encompass investment funds, business schools, luxury brands, mass brands and distributors. Prior to that Michel was Managing Director at White Spirit, an Image Strategy Agency, designing logos, packaging, brochures and merchandising items consistent with brand strategy recommendations. As Human Resources and Internal Communication Director of the Bally Group in Switzerland, member of the Executive Committee, he redeveloped the whole HR function and redesigned the Bally in-store service strategy, convinced that service & retail are critical to the success of a luxury brand.
