Dr. Kuo Max Cao is a distinguished technologist and data scientist, specialising in big data, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. He is the founder and CEO of Golden Data Ltd (UK) and its China branch, YingKeZhuShu Network Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on smart industry solutions for the iron and steel sectors. Dr. Cao developed the DPLUS Industrial Digital Platform, which leverages advanced AI and IoT technologies for real-time data analysis, optimizing production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
With over a decade of experience in the financial and manufacturing industries, Dr. Cao has deep expertise in data modelling and systems integration. He has held senior roles at Barclays Bank and IBM, where he led significant projects that required sophisticated data models to drive innovation, including the integration of data systems and the development of anti-fraud models at Barclays. At IBM, he was recognized globally for his work on the Beijing Olympic weather forecasting system, which involved complex predictive modelling. Dr. Cao holds a PhD from the University of Manchester and is a certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect. He has authored numerous papers on AI and digital twin technologies and holds multiple patents in industrial fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance.
