Ms Joan Yao is an expert in human resource performance management and the founder of OKR agile performance management. She has over 20 years of experience in human resource management in multinational enterprises and has worked for Microsoft, Ericsson, and NASDAQ listed companies in the United States.
Ms Yao has been committed to innovative research and practice in human resource performance management in recent years. She is the first lecturer in China to advocate for enterprises to introduce and apply OKR and has also been certified as a lecturer in the Agile Performance Course by the American Human Resources Association.
Ms Yao has written a large number of articles and books related to performance management. For example, "Forbes: 2017 New Trends in Human Resources Development", "Deloitte: 2017 Trends in Human Resources Technology Development", "GE Finally Understood the Truth of Performance Management", and new books released by Ms Yao include "Performance Management in the Fortune 500: You Can Learn", "OKR Agile Performance Management: You Can Learn", "OKR User Manual", "OKR Practice Manual", and so on. Ms Yao also actively participated in and guided the implementation and implementation of agile performance management in many enterprises and share new thinking and methodology of agile performance management.
