Mr Guoping Li has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and enterprise digital transformation (DT) consulting, providing IT and DT strategy planning and consulting services for large institutions such as government agencies, financial services, healthcare, and foreign trade. He has worked in various departments at Microsoft for nearly sixteen years, where he was responsible for the planning and construction of core business systems, project implementation, promotion of cutting-edge technology applications, development of innovative solutions, industry partner ecosystems, and the formulation of industry strategies for the Greater China region. In the frontier fields of the digital economy, such as large enterprise and internet applications, cloud computing and enterprise-level architecture, big data and AI, and Web3 and fintech, Mr Li has profound industrial research and practical accumulation.

While deeply involved in the IT construction and digital transformation of the Chinese market and large enterprises, Mr Li maintains a broad international perspective and the ability to research industry trends, staying abreast of cutting-edge developments in the global technology sector. Currently, he oversees digital economy, fintech, and industry ecosystem development at Baiwang Co. Ltd.

Additionally, Mr Li serves as a Consultant Mentor at the Microsoft Venture Accelerator, Vice Chairman of the Large Model Application Industry Special Committee under the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Fintech Expert Advisory Committee at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), and a Technical Advisor for Smart Healthy School at the Hong Kong Institute of Education for Sustainable Development(HiESD). He regularly teaches at various top business schools and large enterprises and has published numerous articles on the forefront of technology and industry applications in both traditional and digital media.
