Dr. Jiang was the Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Beijing Speedway Network Technology Company Limited, where he was fully responsible for the company's finance and corporate capital operations. He was the principal officer of the company in 2016, which led to the listing of the company on the New Third Board.

Dr. Jiang was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hainan Huitong Jiahua Investment Company Limited, responsible for the Group's financial work, and used his financial management experience to write the feature article "Striving to build a financial management system with value management at its core", which was published in China Chief Accountant, Issue 2, 2014. In addition, he has served as an independent director of a number of companies.
