Chris has accumulated more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business consultant. Having lived, studied and worked in various cities across South East Asia, Greater China and Europe, he brings current and relatable cases and observations into the classroom. He explores trending topics such as digitalization, innovation, transformation and sustainability from a leadership and organization culture perspective.

He was fortunate to have started experimenting with digital and online learning since 2016.

He designed a blended learning leadership program that won his client 4 international awards. In addition, he is also a mentor and founding committee for healthcare & Tech innovation startups initiated by the Malaysian government. Most recently, his work in the area of Transdisciplinary Thinking is an accredited program by the International Banking Federation (IBF).

Chris holds an MBA jointly conferred by NYU Stern Sch of Business, London Sch of Economics and HEC Paris, as well as an MSc in Organizational & Industrial Psychology from City University of New York. His first Bachelor degree was from NUS Business School, majoring in Finance and Marketing.
