Arthur Hou is the developer of “HOU’s Organization Model®”, based on which, he has designed the Organization and Leadership Certification Program (OLCP®), the “Integrated Organization and Leadership Framework(IOLF®)”, and other solutions for clients. Since 2011, the model has served nearly 1000 large and medium-size enterprises around the world.

Mr. Hou has served various business organizations and academic institutions as a senior leader. And his innovative insights into many themes, like SLT development, strategy and change, organizational culture and leadership, have been presented at various international conferences.   

As founder and executive chairman of the IAOL, Mr. Hou always believes in diversity, integration, and abundance. He is fully committed to the creation, development and transformation of organizations in all fields, hoping to shape a brand-new world.
