Ms Longqiao Li is a recommended consultant of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and one of the first globally certified change management professionals, being the first CCMP™ (Certified Change Management Professional) in the Asia‑Pacific region. She participated in the development and Chinese translation of the first edition of the international change management professional standards, and also contributed to the item bank development for the ACMP’s professional change management certification programme in 2015. By integrating team coaching, facilitation, organisational emotional intelligence coaching and other approaches with cutting‑edge change management concepts and organisational development methodologies, she has forged a distinctive professional approach that drew ACMP’s attention, resulting in a featured interview and report. Since then, she has been recognised as a leading figure in change management practice internationally.

Ms Li brings over 30 years of experience in both large multinational corporations and professional consulting. She previously worked at IBM Global Business Services (GBS) in the Strategy & Transformation practice for Greater China, and served as the China region lead for IBM’s Global Technology‑Driven Change Research Council. Ms Li is the founding partner and chief consultant of Beijing ChangeMag Consulting Co., Ltd.

Ms Li has translated and published a series of professional change management books, including The Game Changer (《重新设计工作》), The Change Handbook (《变革手册》), Quest (《英雄之旅》), and Gamestorming (《游戏风暴》).
