Ms Annie Li brings over 30 years of experience in multinational corporations and professional consulting, specialising in change management, organisational development, culture transformation and change leadership. She is the Founder and Chief Consultant of Beijing ChangeMag. Previously, she worked in the Greater China Strategy & Transformation practice of IBM Global Business Services (GBS) and served as China Lead of IBM’s Technology-Driven Change Management Research Council. Her earlier management and specialist roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and Motorola give her the perspectives of both an internal change leader and an external consultant.

Ms Li was among the first professionals worldwide to earn the Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) credential from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). She also holds the Certified Professional Facilitator Master (CPF M) credential from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She contributed to the development and Chinese translation of the first edition of the international professional standard for change management, as well as to the question bank for ACMP’s professional certification programme. Her work connects international professional standards with management practice in Chinese organisations.

In teaching the Psychology of Organisational Change, Ms Li draws on practical experience in change readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, resistance analysis and communication planning. She helps participants understand emotional, cognitive and behavioural responses to change, and explore ways to build trust, encourage participation and support behavioural change. Integrating team coaching, professional facilitation and organisational emotional intelligence coaching, she uses case discussions and experiential learning to translate psychological perspectives into practical approaches to change intervention and leadership.

Over more than a decade, Ms Li has trained and certified over a thousand trainers and reached tens of thousands of participants across industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive and financial services. She has also contributed to Chinese translations of professional books including The Game Changer, The Change Handbook, Quest and Gamestorming, supporting the wider application of change management knowledge and practice.
