Dr Anna Zhang has over 20 years of practical experience in human resource management. She has served as the Head of Human Resources of Asia Region in multinational corporations, the Vice President of Human Resources and the Vice President of General Operations for large-scaled private enterprises in China.

She excels in innovation of salary management system, construction of talent cultivation system, construction of corporate culture, comprehensive management of corporate human resources, and organizational change management.

The companies she served have been awarded prizes such as "China Excellent Management Company", "Best Employer Practice Award", and "Outstanding Human Resource Management Practice Innovation Award" over the years; The practice of corporate culture has won the "First Prize for Excellent Achievements in National Corporate Culture".

Dr Zhang holds a master's degree in Applied Psychology from Peking University and a doctorate degree in Management from EmLyon Business School, France.
