Ms Xinjuan Li is a former executive at Huawei, having served as the HR Director of Global Supply Chain at Huawei CBG. She has 18 years of experience at Huawei, including 5 years working in Europe. Throughout her career at Huawei, she witnessed and participated in the company’s rapid growth from 10 billion to 600 billion RMB, accumulating extensive experience in management transformation and human resource management.
During her tenure at Huawei, Ms Li became the Director of Huawei's Northeast Europe Regional HR Department, responsible for establishing the human resources management system in that area and promoting the development of local teams. While working in the UK, she effectively implemented human resources optimization strategies, streamlined low-performance employees, and enhanced overall team efficiency and cohesion.
Ms Li was also deeply involved in Huawei's Human Resources "Three Pillars" management transformation project. As the CBG project manager, she successfully led the pilot implementation of this management model. During her role as the HR Director of Global Supply Chain at Huawei CBG, she spearheaded the transition from a B2B to a B2C operational model, significantly contributing to the company's competitive edge in the global market.
After leaving Huawei, Ms Li served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at a bank in Guangdong in 2017, where she drove comprehensive management transformation. She implemented strategic decoding, established a KPI indicator system and target commitment system, optimized the organizational structure, and designed a scientific compensation structure and incentive mechanisms, enhancing the bank's flexibility and adaptability in the market.
Ms Li holds a master’s degree in Economic Law from Xi’an Jiaotong University. With her international perspective and rich industry experience, she demonstrates profound insights in promoting enterprise management transformation and talent development, effectively addressing market changes and industry needs, and possesses extensive experience in successfully implementing management transformation practices.
