Mr Willde Ng has been honoured as "one of nine legends who have shaped the creative industry in Asia over the past 25 years". He has led the team to win the Hong Kong 4A Grand Kam Fan Award, Effie Effective Advertising Award, New York Advertising Festival Award and so on.
Mr Willde Ng is the first Chinese creative director of Asia International 4A advertisement company. When he was the creative director of J. Walter Thompson Hong Kong, he developed business for JWT's international brands, including IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Kodak, Lux, Nestle, Citibank, etc. He was the Asia Pacific strategy consultant of WPP Group and the campaign strategy director of former Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang. Since 2012, the brand "40urs" has been established to fully promote travel culture. In 2017, the travel essay collection "不假思索 贪看天下" was published. In 2020, the management book "瘾:让人上瘾的产品、广告与创意背后的秘密" was published. In 2022, he co-published "乜都有哲学" with Leonie Ki.
