Mr Robi Li Xuesong is a business veteran with rich international negotiation experience, he is also the author of the bestselling book , and has created a variety of practical models in negotiation, e.g. 8P Negotiation Trigrams©, 5C Negotiation Planning Model©, 360° Negotiation Panel©, Power Balance Matrix©, Buyer Seller Power Balance©, Thirty-Six Negotiation Stratagems©, Thirty-Six Negotiation Circumventions©, Negotiation Dialogue Continuum©, Aperitif Method to Close a Deal©, 3O Hot Wheel©, G-PROS Problem Solving Model© and 5-Dimensional Learning Method©, etc.
Mr Li is a Managing Partner of Noraaura Management Consulting, Board Member of Proxverse, and Venture Partner of a PE fund and an FA firm. He is also Guest Lecturer in Hong Kong University, Distinguished Mentor in MOST and holds various roles in many companies and organisations as Senior Advisor and Negotiation Consultant. Prior to that Mr Li was Sales VP and BU GM of a global IT consulting firm, responsible for business unit general management and global key account development. Robi's early career was in Ericsson in various roles (Research, Consulting, Management, Sales) and in difference places (Germany, China, Korea), where Mr Li acquired his experience on cross cultural communication and business negotiation and identified as Global Rapid High Potential Leader and Member of Young Advisory Board to the Executive Leadership Team. Mr Li gained rich experience in negotiation with telecom operators, tech giants, internet players, parmaceutical and medical, real estate developers, FMCG and luxury brands etc.
Born into a family of educators, Mr Li delivers coaching and consulting in a lively and engaging manner and has extensive experience in delivering negotiation programs to various companies and organisations around the world. He has been travelled to more than 40 countries and coached professional managers based in over 120 countries and areas.
Mr Li received his master degree in Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm Sweden and his bachelor degree in University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in Hefei China, both specialized in Telecommunication. He also enrolled in a joint program of Leadership in Cross-Cultural Context led by KTH. Stockholm University and Stockholm School of Economics.
Football, traveling and photography are his passions, and he is a big fan of good coffee and whiskey.
