Martin has rich experience in enterprise and human resources management spanning 25 years.

Currently, Martin is serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at leading AI and Cloud services company Baihong Cloud, where he accompanied the company in successfully listing on the Hong Kong stock main board. He served as global top candy company Mars, Inc., and has served as a human resources executive in many well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Pepsi-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive Company, and Longfor Group.

He has rich cross-industry practical experience covering Fortune 500 multinational fast-moving consumer goods enterprises, leading domestic group companies, various business formats such as real estate, commercial operation, and healthcare; well-known capital management company participating in the management of investment processes and post-investment portfolio management in comprehensive track (mobile internet, new retail,  health & medical, high technology, new financing, etc.); and in leading local AI and cloud service company.

He has rich experience in leading change and managing conflict, including large-scale acquisitions and being acquired; Establish the three-pillar model for human resources; Turn the tide when the company is in a slump and turn losses into profits; Establishing a company's human resources system from scratch; Experience in accompanying unicorn company to successfully IPO, leading professional projects in cooperation with McKinsey, Bain, PwC and other well-known consulting firms, implementing human resources digitization, and deep post-investment enterprise organizational diagnosis, formulation of solutions, and problem solving.

He won the Most Influential Person Award in Human Resources Technology issued by HRTech in 2022.
