Mr. Ken Ngai is an executive leader with over 20 years of senior-level experience spanning the public, non-profit, and technology sectors. He specializes in strategic philanthropy, digital transformation, and social innovation, with a proven track record of driving transformative outcomes in youth development, education, and poverty alleviation.

His career is distinguished by significant achievements, including serving as the Executive Director of Hong Kong Education City and holding an Executive Manager role at The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charity Trust, where he managed grant portfolios. Ken is also a serial institution-builder, having founded Hong Kong's first distinctive Social Innovation Centre for The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and established the Qianhai e-hub as a Hong Kong representative.

Mr. Ngai holds multidisciplinary academic portfolio: a Master of Laws in IT and Intellectual Property, a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong, and an MBA. This unique combination of legal, technical, and business expertise underpins his strategic approach to governance and innovation.
