Zhang Junyi has nearly 20 years of rich experience in management consultancy, direct investment, and enterprise operations, especially in the fields of enterprise strategy formulation, organizational transformation, branding strategy, marketing innovation and operations management. He is a representative figure of growth strategy & branding in Mainland China and has received numerous related interviews and joined forum activities; He is passionate about NGO activities related to ESG, technology development, and carbon neutrality, and is a member of the Asia Pacific Social Impact Executive Committee at Oliver Wyman Group, serving as an independent director of China's first stock (600651) Feilo Acoustics, ONTIME and Zongmu Technology.

He has participated in and led plenty of corporate growth, branding, and sustainable development strategies, with clients covering the fields of internet e-commerce, industrial goods, and automotive industry. He has served over a hundred local and MNC/JV clients in Mainland China, including internet companies such as (JD, Meituan, Didi, Taobao, Baidu, Tencent) OEM such as Volkswagen, Daimler, BMW, GAC, BYD, Yutong, NIO, Huawei, etc., as well as supplier such as Valeo, JCI, Michelin, Goodyear, Siemens, Weichai Power, LG, BASF, etc,, helped optimization and enhancement of their business models and brand architecture. He have made well-known investments in the fields of new energy, AI, technology, and new consumption deals, and numerous investment/private equity clients (such as Warburg Pincus , KKR, Honghai, Baring, CITIC Private Equity, Sequoia Capital, etc.), and invested in nearly 10 unicorns and listed companies, such as CATL, Ronbay, Dida, Newlink, NIO , etc. 

Zhang Junyi obtained Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in vehicle engineering from Tongji University. At the same time, he also completed the minor in economics at Fudan University with excellent grades. Currently pursuing further studies at the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University 
 
He is the recipient of the Ollies Award 2023, the highest honor award of Oliver Wyman Group, He is an Adjunct Professor, member of the Education Committee, and career advisors at several well-known universities such as Fudan University and Tongji University. He has long served as a senior advisor to the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce PRC and an expert in the 21st Century Economic Report's 30 person think tank.,etc. And he is also a reader ambassador of Financial Times China.
