Rooted in Asia, Connected to the World — An executive programme Driving Value-Based Healthcare, Technology Translation, and Industry Integration through a Cross-Border Perspective

Designed for healthcare service executives, health technology leaders, healthcare investors, and decision-makers driving industry transformation, the programme is anchored in the dual drivers of cross-border integration and value-based healthcare. Delivered through an intensive executive format, it systematically addresses four core domains — strategic operations, quality management, technology frontiers, and the global deployment of healthcare capital — enabling participants to advance from experienced managers to industry leaders with a global perspective and a value-driven mindset.

Program Overview

Built around the core pillars of healthcare service governance, quality enhancement, technology application, and industry integration, the programme centres on four key modules — Healthcare Strategy and Operations Management, Healthcare Quality and Patient Relationship Management, Health Technology Frontiers and Trends, and Healthcare Investment, Financing and M&A — to systematically establish an executive decision-making framework spanning services, technology, capital, and governance.

  • The Industry Going Global sessions are offered on a non-credit basis
