Ms. Yang has nearly 20 years of work experience in multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises, and IT giants. Her expertise spans user research, marketing, public relations, user operations, user experience, corporate culture, and organizational transformation. In terms of marketing and digital experience, she has led teams in end-to-end strategic transformations, including product, operations, branding, and organizational restructuring driven by C2M and digitalization strategy. In the area of user experience, she has led organizations to create service blueprints, user journey maps, and user experience maps to adopt a user-centric approach.

Ms. Yang is a consultant and senior enterprise advisor to senior management. Her main consulting areas include organizational and business development for early-stage startup companies and strategic transformation management for established companies, covering brand strategy, digital marketing, experience management, and corporate culture. She helps both B2B and B2C companies achieve digital marketing and experience breakthroughs and align organizational culture with operational processes.

Ms. Yang is also passionate about integrating business with education and charity. She is currently a guest lecturer at the Master's Program of New York University Stern School of Business and a mentor for the Seed Plan charity initiative.
