Handon is a well-rounded expert with substantial hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in start-ups, digital transformation, product innovation and digital marketing. He has been a solid team leader/strategist/executioner in managing critical P&L, and he has strong sales/BD/people skills and cross platform technical know-how. A seasoned eCommerce expert and digital marketer with proven track records, Handon built up ample experience in B2B/B2C, people management, business operations, Internet/Mobile Internet, e-Commerce, new media, digital/social marketing, KOL, App, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), big data, web3 and AI.

With systematic MBA education received from Cambridge and first-hand experience gained through 30+ years of mission critical business practices, Handon can share with students not only course theories but also practical knowledge. Handon worked many years as project owners and leaders for world renown companies including SINA.com and Yahoo!. He was the Head of Commercial of China for AirAsia, a leading budget airline in Southeast Asia. Handon started and successfully launched a few Internet start-ups including Yo-So, a digital marketing firm and Hesha App.

Handon received a BA from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Hubei China and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. He is native in Mandarin, Cantonese and fluent in English. He was a lead player in the Cambridge University Barracudas Water Polo Team and remains an avid water polo player today.
