Mr. Guo Yuxiang has over 20 years of diversified professional experience across the financial sector, technology enterprises and state media, with deep expertise in macroeconomic analysis, financial regulation, asset management and cross-border financial cooperation.

He has held senior management positions at Fortune Global 500 companies. He led Government and External Affairs for China at a leading global multinational insurance group, engaging in regulatory liaison and policy analysis to support institutional business development and compliance. Previously, he headed global government affairs at a world-renowned tech firm, overseeing strategic communication with regulators and multilateral institutions across multiple markets, and building cross-stakeholder consensus on fintech and other key topics.

Mr. Guo has rich experience in self-regulatory supervision of the asset management industry, and has been deeply involved in cutting-edge policy research, industry reputation building and multinational cooperation. He served as a consultant to the World Bank Group and a member of the Inclusive Finance Cooperation Committee of the Asian Financial Cooperation Association, with proven experience in advancing inclusive finance and sustainable development. Earlier in his career, he worked as a political and financial journalist at a Chinese state media, interviewed dozens of senior political and business figures worldwide, and won the China Journalism Award.

Mr. Guo holds a master degree in economic and financial policy from Cornell University. His career spans the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR of China, the United States and Mexico, endowing him with both a global vision and local insights. Positioning himself as a "barrier breaker" between finance and the real economy, he is committed to driving mutual empowerment and in-depth integration of the two amid industrial transformation.
