Ms. Zhou Taosheng graduated from New York University in the United States with MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is currently the SVP of Shiseido China (Business Innovation and Investment) Senior Vice President.

Ms. Zhou served Unilever NV (UNc.AS) (ULVR.L) Unilever, L'Oréal SA (OR.PA) L'Oreal, Burberry Group PLC (BRBY.L) Burberry, Marriott International Group and other world-renowned luxury brands and hotel with senior management positions. Before joining Shiseido, she served as the Vice President of Marketing for the joint venture between Alibaba and Marriott International.

Ms. Zhou founded the "Shiseido Beauty Innovation Hub" in China. She has rich experience in brand building, marketing strategy, innovative marketing, and market management.
